Building on a foundation of successful collaborations between governments, and regional public sector communities, we are taking the next step together to form a Global BIM Network for the public sector. The Global BIM Network’s aim is to foster a productive and more collaborative global digital construction market for the public good, facilitating innovation in the sector to drive increased value and be an engine for long-term sustainable growth.
To launch the Global Network, the Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) is hosting a Global BIM Summit online on 17 March 2021.
The Global BIM Summit will bring together public sector representatives and investors to discuss the national and regional BIM initiatives that are accelerating the digital transformation of the sector. We will discuss the opportunity that digitalization presents for governments and industry; and how we can collaborate as a Global Network to foster inclusive growth and drive shared benefits from an open digital construction sector.
