This instrument produces a 3D analysis of excitation and emission wavelengths and fluorescence intensity in a sample, providing a molecular fingerprint.
Aqualog® can simultaneously measure both absorbance spectra and fluorescence Excitation-Emission Matrices (EEMs). EEMs in water matrices are acquired within a few minutes. It is linked to a software with correction of inner-filter effects and Rayleigh and Raman scattering lines. The data can be exported to be used in modelling algorithms like PARAFAC.
