FutureProof Accelerator Programme for Careers Beyond Academia for C-DICE is a 10-week skills and strategy training programme designed to support postdocs, late-stage PhDs and early career researchers explore a career beyond academia.
FutureProof uses the latest job market evidence to show you how to map your high-level academic skills, knowledge and experience onto multiple sectors. It provides leading-edge training in job search and application strategies, enabling you to take charge of your transition out of academia. We will explore what working in core alternative-to-academic sectors is really like and how you can maximise your chances of securing a role. FutureProof draws on the latest developments in mindset coaching to boost your career confidence and set you up for career success.
