Associate Member Application Form

1. Institutions are invited to express interest in joining UKCRIC as an Associate Member
2. The completed application should be no more than 2 pages in length (excluding the membership information page and introductory guideline page)
3. Completed application forms should be sent to hello@ukcric.com with the subject line ‘UKCRIC Membership’

Applications will be assessed based upon the following criteria:

• Reasons for wishing to become an Associate Member of UKCRIC
• Fit with UKCRIC’s Vision and Mission
• Fit with UKCRIC’s Scientific Missions
• Vision for future contribution to UKCRIC

Your institution’s application will not be shared with any other organisation, group or individual outside the UKCRIC Executive Board and Governing Board without your permission.

Once submitted, your institution’s application will be vetted for compliance by the UKCRIC Executive Board and then, all being well, assessed by the UKCRIC Governing Board. The membership application process is always open and we endeavour to announce application outcomes as soon as the timing of meetings permits.
