Head of Innovative Public Space Development (City of Milan)
Madalina was formerly the Head of Infrastructure at City Hall in London. After joining the Greater London Authority (GLA) in 2013, Madalina delivered London’s first long-term infrastructure plan. The team now performs both a policy and delivery function with an increased focus on data sharing and improved coordination.
Prior to joining the GLA, Madalina worked at J.P. Morgan Chase in the Debt Capital Markets division advising corporates and financial institutions.
Madalina holds a degree in Spanish and Economics from Wesleyan University and a MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Studies. She lives in London with her husband and two children.
