Developed by Dr Katy Mahoney, an experienced researcher-coach, C-DICE are delighted to host this intensive and interactive 1-day online workshop for postdoctoral researchers.
The day will allow you to explore some key aspects of moving on in a research career where your time becomes even more precious and you find you need to juggle priorities to achieve success.
The programme covers the themes of project planning, delegation, resource and people management and prioritisation.
Prior to attending, you will need to complete a short (10-15mins) pre-course task to assess your current priorities and time-management skills.
You will be invited to bring a project you are working on to the programme in order to bring the learning to life.
