Two workshops to help researchers increase their productivity - hosted by Dr Katy Mahoney, a CDP Standards Office accredited executive coach, who runs the Researcher Coaching programme training. Participants can choose to book on to one or both these sessions.
The first workshop (Managing Your Time, from 10 am) is a condensed program designed to improve time management and organisation skills. Participants learn practical techniques such as creating to-do lists, scheduling effectively, prioritising tasks, and overcoming procrastination.
The second discussion seminar (High Intensity Productivity, from 1 pm) will support researchers at all levels to make the most of short periods of study and research time - working together to create a personalised plan of action combining High Intensity Productivity (HIP) with focused goal setting.
