Photolab 7600 UV-Vis spectrophotometer

Photolab 7600 UV-Vis spectrophotometer

Absorbance or Optical Density provides information about the light absorbed by a filtered aqueous sample. Absorbance at specific wavelengths such as 254 nm provides useful information on specific properties of the compounds in the sample. The absorption spectrum of the sample can also be obtained and can be used to monitor changes in the sample.

This spectrophotometer has a wavelength accuracy of  ± 1 nm / < 0.5 nm and can scan between 190-1100 nm at a speed of 700-2000 nm/min in 1, 2, 5, 10 nm steps of wavelength.

It includes an Optical reagent-free (OptRF) measurement of COD, nitrate and nitrite.

It can also provide bar code readings for cell tests for a range of parameters. Data can be extracted via USB port.
