2nd October to 13th November 2025
This tailored career coaching programme is designed to guide you through every stage of your career journey, helping you make confident, informed decisions about your next steps.
Over six weeks, you’ll take part in a structured, supportive experience that includes:
Part 1: Understanding You
Part 2: Exploring Opportunities
Part 3: Interview Success
You’ll also develop your networking skills and learn how to market yourself effectively throughout the programme.
In addition to the group sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one, hour-long career coaching session with the workshop lead, Eve Uhlig. This is your space to explore anything career-related, from refining applications or preparing for interviews, to building confidence or tackling imposter syndrome.
To ensure a high-quality experience, the group is limited to 12 participants. If oversubscribed, we’ll let you know whether you’ve secured a place.
A limited number of one-to-one coaching sessions will be available between 23 October and 12 December 2025. These are designed to complement the programme, and full participation is strongly encouraged.
With over 16 years’ experience supporting researchers, Eve has designed and delivered mentoring schemes, career development programmes, and 1:1 coaching. She holds a Master’s in Career Guidance, two professional coaching qualifications, and is a member of the Coaching Connections professional practice group.
