This interactive half-day workshop equips researchers with practical tools and insights to manage research projects effectively within the context of their own work. Through guided activities and discussion, participants will explore the core skills and strategies required to lead and deliver research projects with confidence.
By the end of the session, researchers will be able to plan, organise, and deliver research projects, manage key resources – including people, and track progress against project timelines and deliverables.
